Time-boxed, consent-based access for Operio staff to enter a customer tenant. Every session is scoped, reason-logged and auto-expiring.
Controlled access model. Staff never hold standing access to customer data. Impersonation requires a documented reason, is limited to a defined scope, expires automatically, and writes to the immutable audit log.
